This workshop will highlight the questions most often heard, and use these questions as a starting point to discuss how to develop a testing program that is valid and cost-effective.

• Read an item analysis and use it to revise a question pool.
• Determine how often testing is needed.
• Determine whether a passing score has been properly set.
